If Lee County wants to fence off land for "conservation", they need only look at theirvown books. Drive around Lee County and look at all the vacant land with signs posted Lee County School Board property. Acres and acres of it. How about this? Rather than fencing off more vacant land and restricting tax payer access, use what you already have! All it takes is an egret feeding in a drainage ditch for some enviro whacko to claim it sensitive land anyway.
