BTW, just in case my research and opinions are wrong concerning my last Comment, possibly you would care to furnish us with the citation of the "new law"?

Another BTW, we all also understand that it is only the GOP that spends a kazillions on elections to obtain jobs that pay $170k per. Most certainly this does not apply to our precious comrades in the Democrat Party!

There you go again with disinformation: “Our new laws favoring corporations with the rights of people.” Such is NOT the case. Consistent with the purposely ambiguous language of the Supreme Court that leads the uninformed to believe that Obama-Care is lawful you have put spin on this issue also. The Supreme Court did NOT say that corporations have the ‘rights of people’ that INSINUATION was inserted utilizing ‘recent versions’ (2009; ex post facto) of the Administrative Procedure Act and applies ONLY in commerce and only when it is NOT so challenged. Purely administrative agencies such as the EPA (Agenda 21) have usurped ‘authority’ thru such clandestine, fraudulent legalese and the taxpayers have no advocates in this commercial arena. The Commerce Clause does NOT super-cede the Constitution for the United States of America yet that is precisely what Clause we are ruled under. You are peddling mumbo-jumbo crap.
