Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff's Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On June 8, 2009, at approximately 02:21 am, Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Paul Joseph Vigneault, D.O.B. 04/22/83 of 1307 Academy Blvd,

Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of N Tamiami Trail & Del

Prado Blvd, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 8, 2009, at approximately 04:51 pm, Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Brian Matthew Geiger, D.O.B. 07/16/75 of 2703 NW 22nd St, Cape

Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of South Rd/US 41, Fort

Myers, Florida.

On June 8, 2009, at approximately 11:07 pm, Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Glenda Marie Allen, D.O.B. 11/04/61 of 27020 Morgan Rd, Bonita

Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bonita Beach Rd/Old 41

Rd, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On June 9, 2009, at approximately 01:18 am, Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Ryan Patrick Davis, D.O.B. 11/10/82 of 4520 SW 20th St, Lehigh

Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Daniels Pkwy/Commerce

Lane, Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 9, 2009, at approximately 03:53 am, Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Tiffany Michelle Cassara, D.O.B. 07/23/71 of 37677 W County Line

Ard, Hill City MI, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 12361

Woodrose Ct, Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 10, 2009, at approximately 02:47 am, Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Sandy Lee Salazar, D.O.B. 03/28/83 of 546 Theodore Vail St, Lehigh

Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Cleveland

Ave/Crawford St, Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 10, 2009, at approximately 03:55 am, Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Dale Glen Laughlin, D.O.B. 01/29/62 of 130 SE 28th Terrace, Cape Coral,

for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S Tamiami Terrace/Terrence Ct,

Bonita Springs, Florida.

On June 10, 2009, at approximately 08:17 pm, Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Beltran G. Ortiz Ramirez, D.O.B. 01/10/89 of 12585 E. Terry St,

Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Leport St/E

Terry St, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On June 11, 2009, at approximately 12:00 am, Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Robert F. Love, D.O.B. 05/07/35 of 8363 Langshire Lane, Fort Myers,

On June 12, 2009, at approximately 02:18 am, Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Christopher Anthony Eglin, D.O.B. 02/01/77 of 1704 NW 14th Pl,

Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of College Pkwy &

Summerlin Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.

On June 12, 2009, at approximately 02:35 am, Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Horacio Hidalgo, D.O.B. 04/26/87 of 3614 SW 8th St, Lehigh Acres,

for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 7091 College Pkwy, Fort Myers,

Florida.

On June 12, 2009, at approximately 05:19 pm, Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Peter Joseph Mills, D.O.B. 03/19/84 of 8945 Banyan Cove Cr, Fort

arrested Rafael A. Castro, D.O.B. 11/30/50 of 3814 SW 21St, Lehigh Acres,

for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Daniels Pkwy/Danport Blvd, Fort

Myers, Florida.

On June 12, 2009, at approximately 11:16 pm, Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Brian Michael McDonald, D.O.B. 04/10/59 of 105 Oleander Rd,

Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of San Carlos Blvd

& Buttonwood Dr, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On June 12, 2009, at approximately 11:44 pm, Lee County Sheriff's Deputies

arrested Stephanie D. Bergantino, D.O.B. 08/16/58 of 22073 Nature's Cove

Ct, Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S. Cleveland

Ave/Brantley Rd, Fort Myers, Florida.
