Tickets for May 15 Lakeside Country Bash now available

Concert headliner Darius Rucker scores fifth chart-topping song

Tickets for the third annual Lakeside Country Bash can now be purchased online at and at additional locations throughout Southwest Florida.

The May 15 event at Lakes Park in Fort Myers will feature country music recording artist Darius Rucker, who hit the top of the Country Singles Chart for the fifth time with his latest single release titled, “This.” In addition to Rucker, performers include Uncle Kracker, Crystal Bowersox from American Idol, and the Dirt Drifters.

In addition to, advance tickets are now available at Hooters of Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, Fort Myers Beach, Naples and Cape Coral, along with Harley-Davidson of Fort Myers and Naples. In addition, tickets may be purchased at Lakes Park in Fort Myers, Estero Community Center or North Fort Myers Community Center.

Tickets for the concert are $40 in advance and $45 at the gate, with proceeds benefiting the Lakes Park Enrichment Foundation.

Advance ticket sales are strongly recommended, as previous concerts sold out prior to the event. Gates open at 3 p.m., with the first performance beginning at 4:30 p.m.

New “Bronze Buckle” sponsors include Sam Galloway Ford/Lincoln and Orthopedic Specialists of SW Florida. Sponsorship opportunities also are still available at a variety of levels and include exclusive VIP-area tickets with catering, restrooms and front-stage access. Additional event sponsors include “Silver Buckle” sponsor Lodge Construction and “Bronze Buckle” sponsors Cat Country 107.1, Florida Weekly, Waterman Broadcasting, Priority Marketing, Century Fence and Happenings Arts & Entertainment magazine. The Lakes Park Enrichment Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable corporation established in 2004 by a group of Lee County business leaders and dedicated citizens who recognize Lakes Park as an extremely important green area in Lee County.
