To The Editor:
Now when the U.S. Congress, the U.S. Senate plus the Lee County Commission lift the ban on chickens in Lehigh, can I please have some turkey for Thanksgiving dinner this coming November, and maybe a few goats for milk and goat fudge, hmmm.
Also maybe a few peacocks for color.
A rooster crowing at 5 a.m. is soothing” To whom?
Oh well, when the ban is gone, it will be Hooterville, not Lehigh Acres. When will the madness end?
Please let me have at least one pig for a Fourth of July barbeque next year.
