The following are activities planned at the American Legion Post 3223 on Ashlar Ave. in Lehigh, just behind the Burger King restaurant:
Aug. 12 dinner
American Legion Post 323 will have a fish fry, fries, cole slaw dinner $7 or macaroni and cheese, roll and butter, $6, 5 to 7 p.m. Then stay and enjoy music with Mitch and Steve 7:30 p.m. The dinners on all following dates are open to public. However, alcoholic beverages are served to members and their guests only. The American Legion supports many programs within the American Legion Department and national organization. They also support programs within our local community. The Post is making improvements that many members have not seen yet. Any questions please call the Post at 239-369-3178.
Aug. 13 dinner
American Legion Squadron 323 will have a pork loin dinner with mashed potatoes, vegetables, roll from 5 to 7 p.m., cost $7. Stay and enjoy DJ/Karaoke with Ray "Bouncer" Leventhal 7:30 p.m. The dinner is open to the public.
Aug. 19 dinner
American Legion 323 Riders with have a liver and onion or meatloaf dinner including mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetable, Roll from 5 to 7 p.m., cost $7. Stay and sing with Ronnie D. and Tammy as they host Karaoke at 7:30 p.m. The dinner is open to public.
Aug. 26 dinner
American Legion Post 323 will have a fish fry, fries, cole slaw dinner or macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, roll and butter, $7 or macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, roll and butter $6, 5 to 7 p.m. Stay and listen to music or sing with Ray "Bouncer" Leventhal at 7:30 p.m. For more information call Linda at 239-303-0435.
