Matt Marquardt scored the game-winning goal with six minutes left in overtime Friday night to lift the Florida Everblades to a 4-3 come-from-behind victory over the Las Vegas Wranglers at Germain Arena.

The win boosts the Everblades to a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven Kelly Cup Championship series. The Blades host the Wranglers in Game 4 on Tuesday night at Germain Arena.

The Everblades, who have won two games in a row, are looking for their first Kelly Cup championship in their third appearance in the ECHL finals.

Mike Ratchuk got the Everblades going 8 1/2 minutes into the first period with the first goal.

The 1-0 lead lasted until the start of the second period when the Wranglers struck twice quickly to take a 2-1 lead.

Florida's Ryan McGinnis knotted the game at 2-2 three minutes into the period, but the Wranglers answered with their third score of the period to take a 3-2 lead to the final period.

The Blades' Justin Shugg tied the contest with less than four minutes left in regulation time and force overtime.

Everblades goaltender John Muse stopped 32 of 35 shots he faced while Wranglers goalie Joe Fallon saved 30 of 34 shots.
