The Lehigh Regional Medical Center hospital Auxiliary awards medical scholarships to deserving recipients every year.
This year, auxiliary President Liz Eilf and scholarship chairperson Margaret Switzer presented three $500 checks.
The recipients are: Loraine Goodwin, who will attend FGCU to study nursing; Leslie Schoppert, who plans on studying health information technology at Southwest Florida College; and Karla Pedraza, who will attend Edison State College to study nursing.
