Roberta Jean Monroe, 54, of Lehigh Acres, died Saturday, July 14, 2012, at the Lehigh Regional Medical Center. She was born Feb. 28, 1958, in Springfield, Ohio, a daughter of Robert E. and Jacqueline M. (Poe) Dillon.
A resident of Lehigh Acres since 1996, she previously lived in Fort Myers for 12 years. She was employed as a certified nursing assistant in the medical field.
She is survived by her husband, Brian Scott Monroe; children, Nikki Gray, Dustin Kottick, Amber Kottick, Megan Kottick and Robby Kottick, all of Lehigh Acres; grandchildren, Courtney, Danny, Daniel, Cassadi, Kaylie, Aiden, Elijah and Kaelyn; sister, Cathy Dillon; brother, Tommy Gilliland; and nieces, Rachel, Lindsay and Kasey.

She was predeceased by her grandchildren, Tyler and Marcus; and siblings, Carl, Sharon and Scott.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
