You'll likely walk away with some real bargains at a fundraiser auction being put on by the Lehigh Signers on Saturday, Sept. 28, starting at 7 p.m.
That's the word today from Jim Kreger, the music director of the Lehigh Singers, along with others on the board.
On hand will be all types of rugs, beautiful carpets, many of them Chinese, lots of paintings and other things. All items have been donated.

"You can come out with something to suit your taste from $25 to a few hundred," Kreger said.
The auction will be at the Royal Palm Square at 1400 Colonial Blvd. in Suite 29-31 in Fort Myers. The cost of admittance is $10 in advance and $15 at the door per person. You can RSVP by calling 239-369-2052 or 239- 560-7111.
"We're really looking forward to this auction because Lee County Commissioner Frank Mann has agreed to be our celebrity auctioneer and with him there, "this auction will be huge," Kreger said.
"Everyone knows how Frank Mann can be, witty and lots of fun, so we're really looking forward to him as our auctioneer this year," Kreger said.
Proceeds from the auction will go to The Lehigh Singers and the Southwest Florida Symphony.
"With all the art we have donated to us, who knows, someone may walk out with a treasure," Kreger said.
There will be several baskets of items with gifts donated by Lehigh businesses and these "good bags" will go to the highest bidder," he laughed.
In addition to several paintings, there will be rugs and carpets, golf outings and a seven-day resort stay at Delray Beach in the Dover House.
And there will be a silent auction of things that should attract a lot of people," Kreger said.
He said the auction will begin promptly at 7 and to get to the site, take Royal Palm Blvd. off Summerlin and take the first right into the complex. The unit 29-31 is right next to the Porte-cohere.
And talk about entertainment for the evening, it will be provided by several vocal groups in the area, saluting the work of the Lehigh Singers.
Newly formed Tropical Storm, members from the Singers, will also entertain.
Kreger said live auction items include an antique Meshed rug (10 by 13 feet valued at $4,500, a new Bidjar rug (8 by 10 feet valued at $4,000, several oil paintings, signed prints and several silent auction items including a stay at the resort on the east coast of Florida along with several golf outings and much more.
"It's going to make for a memorable evening with our celebrity auctioneer Commissioner Frank Mann," Kreger said.
"We're hoping to draw people from all over Lee County and beyond," Kreger said. "This is going to be a great attraction."
Currently, all items are on display at the ABC Framing Shop at 12801 Commerce lake Drive, Suite 14 off of Daniels Parkway in Fort Myers, not far from Lehigh. ABC Framing is owned by Julia Camp.

The Lehigh Singers have been in existence since 1969, originally singing for events in Lehigh , but the group is branching out and singing at venues in Fort Myers, Immokalee and LaBelle. It is open to anyone who wants to sing.
Auditions are held by calling the music director, Candace Baranowski Sundby at 239-822-1890 or 239-560-7111.. She is the professor of voice and choral activity at Edison College in Fort Myers and was a Fulbright scholar with the Stuggart Opera for several years and a graduate of the Eastman School in Rochester, N.Y.

Members of the Singers' honorary board include Rep. Matt Caldwell, Lehigh Honorary Mayor Ahmed El-Gendy, Fred Elliott, Marcus Jansen, Laurie Jerriey and Commissioner Frank Mann.
"Just make plans to come. You're guaranteed to have a great time," Kreger said.
He said that cash, checks, and all major credit cards will be accepted at the auction.
