Off Broadway Palm Theatre opens ‘You Say Tomato, I Say Shut Up!’

The Off Broadway Palm Theatre opens “You Say Tomato, I Say Shut Up!” playing now through Nov. 2. From the hilarious and touching memoir by writers-actors-and real-life-married-couple Annabelle Gurwitch and Jeff Kahn comes the stage play you will not want to miss.

“You Say Tomato, I Say Shut Up!” is an all-new comedy about love and marriage that takes a look back at the author’s years together as a couple from their differing personalities to the normal conflicts that come with marriage. The play is sure to bring laughter and terror into the hearts of any couple, not to mention any singles who are contemplating taking the plunge.

Portraying the happy couple is Adam Clough and Rachael Endrizzi.

Clough has performed in numerous productions at Broadway Palm, including Prince Charming in “Cinderella” and Vince Fontaine in “Grease.” Endrizzi is no stranger to The Off Broadway Palm stage having performed most recently in “The Fox on the Fairway.”

The Off Broadway Palm Theatre artistic director, Paul Bernier, directed the production.

The Off Broadway Palm Theatre is an intimate 100-seat theatre in the main lobby of Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre. With no seat further than 25 feet away from the stage, you become part of the show.

Performances are Wednesday through Sunday evenings with selected matinees.

Ticket prices range from $28 to $49, with group discounts available for parties of 20 or more.
