Eugene F. Pavlic, 55, of Lehigh Acres, died Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013, at the Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers. He was born July 15, 1958, in Pittsburgh, Pa., a child of Frank Eugene and Patricia Ann (Kerr) Pavlic.

A resident of Lehigh Acres for the past 13 years, he previously lived in Portage, Ind., where he was a member of Nativity of Our Savior Catholic Church.

He spent many years in the banking industry, in both Portage and Lehigh. He was the vice president of commercial loans for First Federal Savings and later the bank manager. In Florida, he was a commercial loan officer for SunTrust Bank and worked as the manager of the Florida Community Bank.

After he retired from banking, he worked for Lowes at the Fort Myers store in the installation sales department.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Lorna Lee (McEwan) Pavlic; children, Angela M. Vegas of Hobart, Ind., Danielle N. Pavlic of Lehigh and Amanda J. Pavlic of Lehigh; two grandchildren; and parents, Frank E. and Patricia A. Pavlic of Cape Coral.

Funeral services will be held privately by the family.
