On Nov. 2, the deceased was identified as Jaabin Robinson, 30, of 4601 S.W. 25th St.
At 3:58 a.m. Nov. 1, the Lee County Sheriff's Office responded to a 911 call in reference to a shots fired call at 4601 S.W. 25th St.
Responding deputies located a deceased man, the scene was immediately secured and perimeter was established.
Due to the nature of the incident, the LCSO Major Crimes Unit responded to the scene and assumed the investigation.
At the time it appeared there was no information to suggest the neighborhood was in any danger.
