The real estate firm of Sonia Rios has recently moved into larger quarters in Lehigh Acres and are on the move in the community to provide services to those looking to buy a home or a fair priced piece of property.
A friendly staff await you at their new office at 1420 Lee Blvd.
"We just moved several weeks ago to our new facility on Lee Blvd., and we want to welcome our present clients and invite those who are looking for housing to come and visit us," said Rios, who has been in the real estate business for 17 years. She is a Realtor associate and owner. The broker is Steve Barnett. Josephine Vieira, who is featured in their ads, is also an important part of the business as are the other Realtors.

There are seven Realtors ready to help local residents buy homes and Rios, joined by Realtor Josephine Vieira, say the prices of housing is stabilizing in Lehigh, but there is no better time to buy than now as housing prices will continue to climb.
Vieira said the value of value of homes in Lehigh has overall risen to close to 13 percent over the past year. That compares to 12 percent county-wide, according to reports last week in other areas of Lee County.
Lehigh Acres was one of the areas most hit when the economy soured in 2008, but it is now slowly returning and both Rios and Vieira, residents of Lehigh, say this is the community that is still the most affordable. In other words, you get more for your buck in Lehigh Acres.
Other Realtors who work with Rios and Vieira include:
Danay Casanova, Cecilia Figlueroa, Josephine Vieira, Esteban Flfonso and Steve Barnett, who is the broker. Petra Estevez is the receptionist in the office.
The whole group is a family of sorts and works well together and has the interests at heart of the people of Lehigh who want to find a great home with a good price.
"We are here to help those people," said Sonia Rios. We offer all types of services. That includes helping people to find rental homes and/or units if they are yet ready to purchase a home. It means advice and close working with a potential buyer who is looking for a home in Lehigh Acres.
Sonia Rios said they also offer free market analyzes of your home and or properties, free marketing for those who want to sell and they also deal in both short sales and total closings.
Rios noted that business is good and now is a great time for those who are interesting in buying a home.
"We also work with couples who are attempting for the first time to purchase a home. We are glad to help those first-time home buyers with many options we can offer them," she said.
"Those who cannot purchase a home right now, maybe because they don't qualify, can talk to us and we will work together with them in a way to purchase a home in the future. And in the meantime, they can offer very nice rental units for rent while working toward the goal of purchasing a home.
"We're very happy to say that prices of homes in Lehigh are stabilizing in price and that we see more growth ahead.
"We need jobs in Lehigh and we are hoping our local business leaders and those on the county level are looking at Lehigh for businesses and light industry so the people of Lehigh can find good work and are able to purchase a home.
"We will do everything within our power to help anyone purchase a home," she said.
As stated earlier, this group of Realtors all work together, helping one another, all with the same goal, to serve the future homeowners of Lehigh.
The realty group is believed to be among the largest in Lehigh and is continuing to grow.
Sonia Rios also noted that the group works with people who want to build a home. They are working with construction people and can provide very good deals, Rios said.
The group has become one of the top producers in the real estate business in Lehigh.
Their new offices are located in the Lee Boulevard Shopping Plaza and are easy to find and there is ample parking. For those who want to discuss their plans for purchasing a home or those who want to avail themselves of other services, such as free appraisals, may call Rios at 239-470-4573. Vieira can be called at 239-940-0426.
"Walk-ins, people who may have questions about any aspect of real estate or are interested in looking at homes, are more than welcome to visit with us. You'll find our friendly receptionist with a big smile when you visit. She will assist you with a Realtor.
Sonia Rios was elected to the Chairman's Club of Real Estate in 2006 when she was with Re/Max. It is one of the highest honors that a realty group can bestow on its Realtors. Rios has several other awards for her accomplishments.
Josephine Vieira, who also participated in the interview, reiterated that Lehigh needs to sustain itself as a place where people can live and work. That is also the goal of the county planning department which is designating three centers in Lehigh for redesign, each working toward the goal of a place for housing, business, and places to work, all surrounded with friendly walkways and landscaping.
Sonia Rios is the husband of the Rev. Angelrios Rios of the Assembly Christ Church with the Iglesia Chrisiana Missionera.
The realty group may be one of the few in Lehigh where all of its Realtors are able to speak both English and Spanish and Rios noted that they are especially happy to help Spanish-speaking people of the community with any question that they may have about purchasing a home or how to plan for a future purchase.
"Our clients are deserving of good service and we are happy to provide that here," Rios said.
Currently they are offering funds toward closing costs. You must call as soon as possible to quality for this or any other promotions offered at the realty group.
