Andrew "Andy" Harry Oser, 60, of Lehigh Acres, died Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013, at the Health Park Medical Center in Fort Myers. He was born June 4, 1953, in Philadelphia, Pa., a son of Andrew J. and Janet Lea (Stone) Oser.
A resident of Lehigh Acres for the past 18 months, he previously lived in Sparks, Nev., and Trenton, N.J., while he was employed for General Motors for 30 years.
He enjoyed bowling and especially baseball, where he played with the Roy Hobbs Glory Days team in Fort Myers.
He is survived by his mother, Janet L. Oser of Lehigh Acres; sister, Brenda (Randal) Conry of Texarkana, Texas; brothers, Kevin (Lisa) Oser of Levittown, Pa., David Oser of Lumberton, N.J., and Wayne Oser of Levittown, Pa.; stepdaughter, Candace (Chris) Gautney; granddaughter, Rylee; and nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father, Andrew J. Oser, in 2002.
Funeral services will be held by the family this summer in suburban Philadelphia.
