Estelle O'Sullivan, of Lehigh Acres, died Sunday, May 11, 2014.
She is survived by her husband, Neil O'Sullivan of Fort Myers; children, David Clorfeine of Dallas, Texas, Patrick O'Sullivan of Lehigh Acres and Christine Johnston of Long Island, New York; daughter-in-law, Linda Clorfeine; son-in-law, Jeff Johnston; and grandchildren, Amanda, Ryan, Caity, Kevin and Kelly.
She graduated from Brooklyn College in 1953 and began her teaching career in Brooklyn, then in South Brunswick, New Jersey.
In 1970, she began her second career as a Realtor, primarily in Middlesex County, New Jersey. It was here where she met Neil, and they recently celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary.
Tennis, travel and vacationing in Cape May, New Jersey, were her primary interests. She loved to be in Cape May with her family and friends.
She and her husband co-founded Preferred Properties Inc. of Lehigh Acres in 1976. She happily assisted newcomers in finding the "right home" for their families.
The O'Sullivans lived and worked in Lehigh Acres from 1976 until 2006.
Services were held Tuesday, May 13, 2014, at the Hodges Funeral Home in Fort Myers.
