Mulling graduates from basic training

U.S. Air National Guard Airman Thomas E. Mulling graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills. Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Mulling is the son of Cheri W. and Thomas E. Mulling, of Lehigh Acres; brother of Tanner W. Mulling; and grandson of Shelbie Mulling, of Maryville, Tennessee, Thomas E. Mulling, of Fort Myers, and Dorothy Wyatt, of Sumter, South Carolina.

He is a 2009 graduate of Riverdale High School in Fort Myers.
