Several charged in Lehigh robbery, authorities report

At approximately 11 a.m. Nov. 2, Lee County Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched to the area of 14th Street Southwest and Douglas Avenue South in reference to a robbery.

Due to the nature of the incident, detectives were dispatched to the scene.

The investigation revealed the victim was robbed and chased after by the suspects with a firearm. The suspects chased the victim in their vehicle and rammed the victim's vehicle to make him stop. The suspects then jumped out of their vehicle and assaulted the victim.

A bystander heard the crash and went to look around to make sure everyone was alright. They gave a description of the suspect vehicle to dispatch and a traffic stop was conducted shortly after the crash.

Possible suspects were detained and detectives conducted interviews.

As a result, the following arrests were made:

- Jeff Casimir, 19, was charged with robbery with a firearm and hit and run leaving the scene of a crash involving damage to property

- Ricardo Ramirez Tunales, 19, was charged with robbery with a firearm

- Jose Olvera, 20, was charged with robbery with a firearm

- Regina Nolan, 16, was charged with robbery with a firearm

- Brooklyn Palarczyk, 17, was charged with robbery with a firearm

The suspects were all transported and booked into the Lee County Jail.
