LCSO: Suspect makes quick escape in Lehigh Acres burglary

Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's help identifying a man who broke into a Lehigh Acres home last week.

Just after 9:30 a.m. Dec. 1, a suspect triggered a home alarm monitoring system at a residence on Acroft Avenue, after breaking through a window near the front door. Once inside the home, the man quickly scanned the house, but left within moments of entry.

Surveillance cameras located in the interior of the home captured images of the man as he walked into the residence. The suspect was wearing a white long-sleeved shirt with markings down the sleeve, dark jeans, white shoes and black gloves.

Anyone with information is asked to call Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers at 800-780-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000. Tips may also be made online at or by submitting a tip on the P3Tips mobile app.
