Those in the Southwest Florida community who cannot pay their respects to Fort Myers Police Officer Adam Jobbers-Miller, yet would still like to contribute to his memory and support his family, can take part in many different fundraising efforts across Lee County in the upcoming weeks.

This past weekend, the Dixie Roadhouse in Cape Coral raised at least (they're still tallying the total) $15,000 for the Jobbers-Miller family with more than 125 local businesses contributing food, gift certificates, gift baskets and valuable items for their auction.

"THANK YOU to everyone in the community that helped us make it such great success for the Adam Jobbers-Miller family," read the Dixie Roadhouse Facebook page.
