So if you own another lot next to yours even though your county tax considers that as one parcel ,according to the fire tax you will pay $200.00 instead of $100.00 and if you own more than that you will be paying $100.00 each that could lead into the thousands of dollars, that does notsound like the out of town land owners paying the bulk of taxes to me -- remember there is NO HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION ON YOUR REGULAR FIRE TAXES EITHER.Well the local hick fire board got snookered again by the snake oil salesman from jacksonville to the tune of $250.00 per hour plus expenses, are they food lodging, gas entainment etc. this fire board has to go ,what a mess---yuck--gag--puke---arrgh
