The personal mission of Frank (the phoney) Mann is to get rid of his biggest headache( lehigh acres) and that is to demand he back up his rethoric with facts figures and revenus projections, he always talks out of both sides of his mouth he did it just in the last three weeks , he knows who he was talking to. He is the last of the old time politicans who is expert in the art in BS--ing the public and his expertise is in lying his way out when he is confronted with the facts--still we should keep him around now that the circus is dwindling, we should keep our own hometown clown to amuse us.---
