How about having the firemen out on the street corners with their boots collecting for their own welfare fund, then they don't have to collect the $275.00 per week unemployment ins.or better still ask the union to give them back some of their dues money to live on even better still have the union stop giving those $500 campaign donations and give it to the laid off members---
