Why is the east cty water control dist. planning on raising our taxes when their employees union has not given one bit on the 4% pay hike or to consolidate jobs into more production to save money.we understand one commissioner (boardman) want to raise taxes for the next seven years, (and he is running for reelection next year?????????)
