Cmsr. Frank Mann wants lee cty to buy up Lehigh land . Does that mean more land will be taken off the tax rolls and we have to make up the shortage in raised taxes?? If Cmsr.Judah installs $12,000 sewer lines in front of a $4,000 lot who will pay for them---certainly not the owner of the $4,000 lot---will that mean more land taken off the tax rolls?????
