Manager Dave Lindsay of ECWCD has asked for a Janurary meeting with Hendry county administrater Judi Kopf to sweet talk and tell wheel and deal lies to her about getting Hendry county land for a retention pond. Here is the current contract proposal---ecwcd pays $4 million (inflated price) to orange grove people then grove retains land for production for seven years and they keep orange sale profits and do not pay real estate taxes to Hendry county.
