The meeting announcement of dozens of culverts being in disrepair was alarming when put up against the excess millions of dollars spent by the water board over the past ten years. Why havent the board members done their job of oversite of not one but three managers ( a manager, an assistant manager and an assistant to the assistant manager totaling over one third of a million dollars in saleries ?????????
