Proposed new tax structure for the LAFD

The new structure there are three taxing zones (looking for a better word than zones) 1) Undeveloped lots (no structures) will billed on a per acre basis 2) Residential with house or duplex will by billed per square feet 3) Commercial with building on lot will be billed a highest square footage This new tax structure will stop the highs and lows of the normal Ad Valarom tax structure. It will become a steady line of cash year to year for the Fire Dept's.
