Dewey Tyler filed to run for seat 4 on the East County Water Control District. Deweys run for the ecwcd two years ago neted him 43% percent of the vote and with three possibly four other candidates now riunning for seat four, Dewey will appeal to his 43% voters which will be enough to elect him while the others split the vote , his mission is still the same in lowering taxes and changeing the structure of ECWCD to stop the poor management of the board which lead us into the financial mess we are in today.---GO DEWEY--AT LAST A MON OF US PEOPLE
