I believe that "PERMISSION" or "APPROVAL" for zoning changes are not needed from LACPP and why the press and county employees give us the impression that they do need permission . The board is comprised of 14 members which only half show up to meetings. And the county planner is using them as a spoksperson for the other 50,000 people that live in Lehigh Acres.
