After secret negociations out of the sunshine between the union rep and manager they illegaly voted to extend the union contract. the financial committee was then set up as a scam to report that they by a 3 to 1 vote will suggest that taxes be raised again this year. Do to the poor management of finances the ecwcd is in financiel distress and with the union employees being cut out of the process the manager assured a vote to raise taxes. CAIT CHAIRMAN Frank Lohlein volunteered to be on the committee and vows to expose all the scams that they try and will also ask for a state audit of the ecwcd.
