Last night I was driving home and I saw all kinds of police near Wal-Mart. So I decided to take the back way home down Ida and over 6th to get to the back roads towards Joel. Well there were police everywhere. Including multiple K-9 units with the dogs moving back and forth across the street and a helicopter. Does anyone know what happened?
