LAFD Chief Adams did not show up for the planned FAC meeting, so an informal discussion in which it was concluded that the chiefs goal was to get a group to endorse raising taxes and it failed by a large vote and so the committee decided to list everything that was discussed and turn it over to the commissioners to act upon or not , the last meeting will be to look at the budget and make suggestions and then turn it over to the commissioners to act on or not.
