THIS MEANS EDD WEINERS PLANNING PANEL IS COMPLETELY OUT OF THE PICTURE AND HAS NO AUTHORITY OR JURISTICTION OVER THE ZONING PROCESS.FINALLY THE COUNTY IS FINALLY COMING TO ITS SENSES.
