But the department has actually handed out more than a million dollars in raises in just the past three years. After analyzing three years worth of salary information, NBC2 uncovered the agency doled out a whopping $1.4-million in raises. And Lehigh Fire Chief Don Adams' salary went from $122,000 to $140,081 in just two years - an $18,000 raise.
