Yvonne McGauley

Yvonne McGauley, 90, of Lehigh Acres, died Nov. 6, 2008. She was the wife of Thomas J. McGauley.

She is survived by daughter, Yvonne Bloomer of Connecticut, Karen Winship and Elyse Bauer of New York; grandchildren, James Sherman, Caryn Bloomer and Thomas Bloomer Jr.; great grandchildren, Victoria and Dylan Bloomer, Madison and Riley Sherman.

Before her illness. McGauley was very active at the Lehigh Senior Center and participated in civic activities. She was senior queen in Lehigh in 1966.

A memorial service will be held Nov. 26, 2008 at St. Raphael’s Catholic Church in Lehigh. The obituary, published last week, was given to The Citizen with a wrong date for the service.
