Yvonne C. Hankla

Yvonne Charlotta (Weber) Hankla, 91 of Lehigh Acres died Thursday November 27, 2008. Formerly of Newport, Ky., she has been a resident of Lehigh Acres for the past 23 years.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Paul W. Hankla; daughters, Sandra K. (Kevin) Cox, Bonnie Masters, and Mary Lou Secrists; sisters, Freda Boyd, Bertha Hoffman; brother, Walter Weber, 11 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild, and she also leaves behind her adopted family at Lehigh Acres Health and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Farley Funeral Home, 1100 Lee Blvd.



Robert W. Mueller

Robert W. Mueller, 79, of Lehigh Acres, died Nov. 21, 2008. Mueller was born Toledo, Ohio, in 1929 and served in the U.S. Navy in 1948.

He retired from working for the City of Ann Arbor, Mich., was a member of the Veterans Administration, the American Legion, and Elks Club.

He was preceded in death by his mother, father and one brother.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Mueller,; two nephews, three great-nephews; and two great-nieces.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Faith Lutheran Church on Joel Blvd. in Lehigh. Arrangements are being handled by Lee Memorial Funeral Home & Cemetery. For more information, call 239-334-4880.

Guadalupe M. Matias, 77, of Lehigh Acres, died Monday, Nov. 24, 2008.

Funeral services were held Nov. 29 at Lee Memorial Park Funeral Home.
