The Fort Myers Police Department’s Traffic Unit, based on citizen complaints, recent crash data and information from neighborhood watch groups, will focus law enforcement efforts at the following locations for the week of Jan. 5:

McGregor Boulevard near the Edison Home

S.R. 82 and Pauldo Street

S.R. 82 and Lee Boulevard

5700 block of Lee Boulevard

Treeline Avenue

Colonial Boulevard and I-75

FMPD’s Traffic Unit wrote 106 citations and issued 25 warnings last week.
