John J. Dougher

John Joseph Dougher, 86 of Morganton, N.C., and formerly a resident of Lehigh Acres, died March 10, 2009. While living in Lehigh Acres, he was an active member of St. Raphael’s Catholic Church and of the Knights of Columbus.

Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Louise Troutman Dougher.

A funeral Mass will be said at 10 a.m., Saturday, March 14, 2009 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Morganton. The Rosary will be said at 5 p.m. Friday at Sossoman Funeral Home in Morganton after which the family will receive friends until 7 p.m.
