CROW has new development director
Jennifer Roberts has been named as the new development director for the Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife (CROW). The announcement was made today, Monday, March 16.
Roberts will be responsible for budgeting, coordinating and analyzing fundraising efforts, including individual and corporate donations and endowments. She will also be responsible for preparing annual marketing plans, budgets and proposals for grants and major fundraising events, according tot he announcement.
Roberts will also oversee the new Healing Winds Visitor Education Center gift shop, and manage CROW’s annual calendar of events.
“We are extremely excited to welcome Jennifer to the CROW family,” said Dr. Paul Douglass, CROW board chairman. “With her background and expertise, I am confident Jennifer will help support CROW’s mission and help us reach our short- and long-term business goals.”
Roberts has a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Florida and most recently served as director of major gifts for Mote Marine Laboratory in Sarasota.
