‘Finals’ to be presented by FGCU Arts Dept.

Florida Gulf Coast University Department of Visual and Performing Arts presents “Finals”: Spring 2009 Art Program Senior Project Exhibitions 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, April 17 at the FGCU Arts Complex. The public is invited to an evening of cutting-edge contemporary student art and art history exhibitions, featuring work by fifteen graduating seniors in the FGCU Art Program.

ART 4955: Senior Project is the required capstone course for FGCU art majors, and all students in this class must develop and present a coherent body of self-generated work produced during the course of the semester.

The Art Gallery is located inside the Arts Complex on FGCU’s main campus. The University is located off Ben Hill Griffin Parkway, east of I-75 between exits 123 and 128. Parking is available in Lot 7 for gallery visitors, parking passes are available at the parking kiosk located at the University’s entrance.
