The results of the preliminary medical exam indicate that foul play is unlikely in the death of a woman, whose body was discovered in the residence at 1184 Durden Parkway Sunday.
The body was found after Cape Coral police went to the home on April 5 to follow up on a missing person’s report.
The investigation is continuing, and police are awaiting a final report from the Medical Examiner’s Office to confirm the identity of the woman and determine cause of death, officials said.
