Is incorporation dead in Lehigh Acres?
To The Editor,
It has been stated locally that incorporation is a “dead issue.” Don’t you believe that lie; the pro-incorporation movement is alive and gaining strength.
There are things that are to be done in Lehigh and the same old people from before are leading the movement.
But they have one major problem: they need for the taxpayers to step up and ask’ to pay for it all. That is where incorporation comes in. Once we ask for incorporation we then willfully agree to be billed for all the costs associated with the plans for Lehigh. Simple as that.
Now then, consider what killed incorporation the last time. The taxpayers got off their butts and voted it down, that is what happened. But, the pro-group learned from that and aren’t about to let that happen again.
What are they doing to make sure incorporation passes this time?
They know their only chance at winning is if they can get enough entitled people to vote. They are combing Lehigh now for that support.
People who live off other people will vote to keep the slop coming. And to complement this plan they intend to create more entitled people and that is where the grant money comes in.
They are also lulling you to sleep by saying the issue isdead; it is not dead and my guess is incorporation will be on the ballot in January of 2010.
Think this is a lie? Just look around you. No part of any “stimulus package” on any level has anything to do with creating a sound economy. It is entirely for the benefit of the “entitlement crowd” and the “illegals” who will shortly become legals with the right to vote.
Government does not create wealth; it destroys it. Do not be fooled.
