The illegal sale, use and distribution of narcotics is recognized as a significant contributor to violent crimes, burglaries and thefts which can dramatically affect the

quality of life in our community. Therefore, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office is making every effort to take drugs off the street by targeting individuals who are active

participants in this unsavory underworld. This is being accomplished through aggressive patrol, undercover operations and interagency investigations with local, state and federal drug enforcement agencies.

In the past week the Lee County Sheriff’s Office made a total of 28 drug arrests. To educate and enhance awareness of the Sheriff’s Office daily activities in this endeavor the following arrests are being listed:

On April 6, 2009, at approximately 12:17 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jonathan David Fowler, D.O.B. 05/14/88, of 712 NE 1st Palce, Cape Coral, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of Derwent / San Carlos, Fort Myers.

On April 6, 2009, at approximately 10:44 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Mario Santiago Rivera, D.O.B. 01/26/74, of 3585 Central Ave, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Heroin. The incident occurred in the area of First Street / Tropic Ave, Fort Myers.

On April 9, 2009, at approximately 01:45 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Deanna Cotto, D.O.B. 09/28/79, of 25 Newfield Ave, xxx, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of SR 82 / High Street, Fort Myers.

On April 9, 2009, at approximately 04:01 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jonathan Stokes, D.O.B. 10/03/82, of 8231 Caloosa Rd, Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 9071 Caloosa Road, Fort Myers.

On April 9, 2009, at approximately 01:31 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Joseph Edward Bortoff, D.O.B. 08/30/78, of 3812 W. 3rd Street, Lehigh Acres, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Oak Street / First Ave, Fort Myers.

On April 9, 2009, at approximately 04:45 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Lauri Bauer, D.O.B. 12/07/71, of 6720 Terrapin Ct., North Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance without a Prescription, Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Owen Ave. / 27th Street SW, Lehigh

On April 9, 2009, at approximately 06:37 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Janice Lashonda Jackson, D.O.B. 09/08/86, of 613 Palmetto Ave, Immokalee, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident occurred in the area of 1209 Homestead Rd., Lehigh Acres.

On April 11, 2009, at approximately 07:29 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Trevor Lee Chapman, D.O.B. 05/30/88, of 5015 Bay Street Rd., xxx, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Beacon Manor / US 41, Fort Myers.

On April 11, 2009, at approximately 01:20 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested John Michael Nester, D.O.B. 05/12/70, of 517 SE 35th Street, Cape Coral, on felony drug charges for Possession of Heroin. The incident occurred in the area of Burnt Store / NW 5th Street, Cape Coral.

On April 12, 2009, at approximately 01:14 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Samantha Marie Bouldry, D.O.B. 07/22/84, of 846 South Street, Fort Myers Beach, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 1400 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach.

On April 12, 2009, at approximately 01:14 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Matthew Brian Wilson, D.O.B. 06/13/87, of 2984 Hardies Rd., PA, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 1400 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach.

On April 12, 2009, at approximately 05:19 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Joshua Lee Powell, D.O.B. 04/11/85, of 406 McClure Street, Lehigh Acres, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Bayshore Rd. / Magnolia Dr., North Fort Myers.

On April 12, 2009, at approximately 08:11 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Christine Naro, D.O.B. 02/22/37, of 335 Ellis Street, North Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in an unknown area of Fort Myers.

On April 12, 2009, at approximately 08:29 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Ryan Michael Ohlin, D.O.B. 05/24/88, of 9880 Laketree Ct, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of Lebannon Rd. / Wingfoot Dr., Fort Myers.

On April 13, 2009, at approximately 07:07 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Heather Marie Delgado, D.O.B. 11/16/77, of 495 Calhoun St., LaBelle, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers.

On April 14, 2009, at approximately 01:17 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Andre Jus Markinas, D.O.B. 03/16/77, of 18226 Fuchsia Rd, Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Carrell St. / Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers.

On April 14, 2009, at approximately 01:34 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Robert Kent Jacobs, D.O.B. 10/06/62, of 2029 Carrell Rd, Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Carrell Street / Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers.

On April 15, 2009, at approximately 04:34 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Joshua Adam Hillenberg, D.O.B. 08/16/82, of 984 Jasmine Street, North Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 1984 Queens Street, North Fort Myers.

On April 15, 2009, at approximately 06:15 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Christopher Lee Wright, D.O.B. 08/18/88, of 966 Jasmine Street, North Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Veronica Shoemaker / Pearl Street, Fort Myers.

On April 15, 2009, at approximately 06:54 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Trevon Armear Hicks, D.O.B. 07/13/87, of 1404 Gradale Street, Lehigh Acres, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 10276 Stafford Creek Blvd., Lehigh Acres.

On April 15, 2009, at approximately 02:45 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Renee Lynn Ramoska Shepheard, D.O.B. 08/28/83, of 1051 palm Ave, North Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of 545 Pine Island Rd., North Fort Myers.

On April 15, 2009, at approximately 09:51 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Zachary James Tedesco, D.O.B. 11/16/89, of 1202 Cape Coral Pkwy, Cape Coral, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Tipton/Ave D, Bokeelia.

On April 16, 2009, at approximately 01:11 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Brian James Laux, D.O.B. 06/26/62, of 2253 9th Street, Lehigh Acres, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident occurred in the area of 61 Bell Blvd, Lehigh Acres.

On April 16, 2009, at approximately 09:16 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Octavio Martinez Jimenez, D.O.B. 06/18/80, of 2161 SE 41st Street, Naples, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident occurred in the area of 119 McCarthur Ave, Lehigh Acres.

On April 16, 2009, at approximately 02:24 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Kristy Shaun Priddy, D.O.B. 08/07/80, of 6211 Cedarwood Dr, Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Marijauna. The incident occurred in the area of 4523 Palm Beach Blvd., Fort Myers.

On April 17, 2009, at approximately 05:15 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Randy Michael Pridmore, D.O.B. 07/22/83, of 781 July Cir, North Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 4523 Palm Beach Blvd., Fort Myers.

On April 18, 2009, at approximately 01:21 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Kenneth Parker, D.O.B. 11/02/57, of 8045 Matanzas Rd., Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident occurred in the area of 18911 S. Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers.
