Susana Ramirez Barcenas, 36, 5121 Balmer St., Lehigh, was charged with driving while license suspended.

Allen Mark Baronner, 39, of 1211 Dunndale St., Lehigh, was charged with traffic offense DUI alcohol or drugs.

Jodi B. Bell, 25, of 21270 Park St., Alva, was charged with domestic violence battery touch or strike.

Jacob John Berger, 23, of 3305 26th St. W., Lehigh, was charged with larceny petite theft.

Joy Ashley Bestrom, 18, of 1021 Chadbourne Ave., Lehigh, was charged with unarmed burglary of an unoccupied structure/conveyance, larceny petite theft.

James Hubert Blue, 22, of 301 Gilbert Ave., Lehigh, was charged with fleeing or attempt to elude officers, driving while license suspended, probation violation, possession of cocaine.

Melissa A. Byrd, 40, of 316 Pauline Ave., Lehigh, was charged with larceny grand theft more than $10,000 but less than $20,000.

Sebastian J. Christmas, 32, of 2570 Charleston Park Drive., Alva, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, fleeing to elude while sirens.

James Adrian Cooper, 28, of 1206 Archdale St., Lehigh, was charged with driving while license suspended, probation violation.
