Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On April 27, 2009, at approximately 12:46 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jami Michelle Diorosario, D.O.B. 05/10/82 of 24750 Lyonia Lane, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S.Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 27, 2009, at approximately 02:32 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Robin David Watkins, D.O.B. 07/13/81 of 5152 Morrish Road, Swartz Creek, MI, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S. Point Boulevard & Camelot, Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 27, 2009, at approximately 10:39 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Leysle Susannas Cervantes, D.O.B. 05/15/62 of 2514 Evans Avenue, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Cypress Lake Drive & S. Cleveland Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 28, 2009, at approximately 11:22 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested John B. Garrett, D.O.B. 12/07/67 of 7100 Nalle Grande Road, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Nalle Grade Road & Gottarde Road, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 29, 2009, at approximately 01:59 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Joseph A. Iafe, D.O.B. 05/11/71 of 4429 Shady Lane, Punta Gorda, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Cleveland Avenue & Hancock Bridge Parkway, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 29, 2009, at approximately 04:05 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Stefano Santafiore, D.O.B. 08/06/61 of 713 Lincoln Avenue, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Lee Boulevard/Hazelwood, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On April 29, 2009, at approximately 04:56 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Stefanie Lynn Tucker, D.O.B. 06/23/70 of 220 Maple Avenue, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Leeland Heights Boulevard & Florida Road, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On April 29, 2009, at approximately 07:13 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Ricky Franklin Opper, D.O.B. 07/03/66 of 2372 Ivy Avenue, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Metro Parkway & Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 30, 2009, at approximately 02:28 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Mark Allen Baronner, D.O.B. 05/17/69 of Six Mile Cypress Parkway, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Commerce Lakes Drive/Daniels Parkway, Fort Myers, Florida.

On April 30, 2009, at approximately 02:33 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Laura Rose Parrish, D.O.B. 07/11/77 of 2034 Airy Circle, Richmond, VA, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of College Parkway/McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 1, 2009, at approximately 01:59 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Yannis A. Demopoulos, D.O.B. 05/09/90 of 652 E. Spruce Street, Tarpon Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of SB I-75 @MM144, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 1, 2009, at approximately 08:05 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Lynn Michelle Cull, D.O.B. 12/03/71 of 714 Harold Avenue, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Leonard Boulevard S. & Putter Lane, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On May 2, 2009, at approximately 02:23 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Deanna L. Katz, D.O.B. 08/13/65 of 1710 NE 7th Street, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Pondella Road, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 2, 2009, at approximately 02:26 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Amanda Caryn Harvey, D.O.B. 07/23/85 of 3350 Woods Edge Circle, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bayshore Road & Samville Road, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 2, 2009, at approximately 02:51 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested David Ramos Villegas, D.O.B. 12/29/84 of 4421 Bessie Avenue, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Adams Avenue & Palm Beach Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 2, 2009, at approximately 03:10 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Erik James Freitag, D.O.B. 08/20/71 of 20402 Lueittich Lane, Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 20402 Lueittich Lane, Estero, Florida.

On May 2, 2009, at approximately 11:32 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Donald Joseph Gray, D.O.B. 08/05/89 of 12141 Live Oak Drive, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Iona Road/McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 2, 2009, at approximately 07:38 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Daphnie Dezaraie Corzo, D.O.B. 10/04/88 of 15063 Blue Marlin Terrace, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Crescent Street/Fifth Street, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On May 3, 2009, at approximately 01:18 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jennifer Jean Scott, D.O.B. 09/20/76 of 16100 Dublin Circle, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of San Carlos Boulevard, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On May 3, 2009, at approximately 01:45 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Noel Feliciano, D.O.B. 01/28/79 of 637 SE 10th Place, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Alico Road & Three Oaks Parkway, Estero, Florida.

On May 3, 2009, at approximately 05:58 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Sergio Guzman Martinez, D.O.B. 12/17/74 of 8262 Beacon Boulevard, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Daniels Parkway & Plantation Road, Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 3, 2009, at approximately 06:53 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Dennis C. Finkbeiner, D.O.B. 01/16/48 of 14637 Aires Way Drive, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of S. Cleveland Avenue & Cypress Trace, Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 3, 2009, at approximately 11:26 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Pablo Antonio Hernandez, D.O.B. 05/18/84 of 28035 West Brook Drive, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 28040 West Brook Drive, Bonita Springs, Florida.
