Panther Bank announces new addition

Kaici Love-Gavin has joined Lehigh’s Panther Bank as customer service specialist and teller manager. The announcement was made today by Panther Comnmunity Bank President Karen R. Makowski.

In this role, Love-Gavin provides financial counseling to clients to maximize their cash flow and meet their individualized personal banking needs. She is also the teller manager responsible for the most frequent contacts with the bank’s clients through the lobby and drive-in.

“Kaici is an outstanding branch banker with deep experience in banking who lives in Lehigh. She demonstrates her commitment by assisting clients as they address today’s challenging economic environment. Everyone enjoys Kaici’s outgoing personality and willingness to solve any problem whether it is with our bank or a client’s old bank,” Makowski said.

“Kaici also represents the best in community spirit though her active role as a new member of the Lehigh Acres Kiwanis Club. She is a welcome addition to the Panther family where we strive to give every client More Than You Expect.”

Love-Gavin said she is a Lehigh resident, happy to be working in her home town with her neighbors.

“The Panther team energy and professionalism and the way our customers speak of us, shows how special a true community bank can be,” she said.

Love-Gavin has more than 15 years of banking and retail management experience first in Michigan and most recently in the tri-county area. She is certified in exceptional sales, service and retail banking. Her community service includes the Junior Diabetes Foundation, Make-A-Wish Foundation and Kiwanis Club.
