Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On May 4, 2009, at approximately 02:14 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Lynn J. Brueck, D.O.B. 11/14/41 of 4817 Sunfish Court, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Main Street/San Carlos Boulevard, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On May 4, 2009, at approximately 03:23 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Arturo Carbonell Curbelo, D.O.B. 06/10/68 of 417 Williams Avenue, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 55 Homestead Road, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On May 4, 2009, at approximately 07:34 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Stacey Ann Rodriguez, D.O.B. 07/11/78 of 11616 Chapman Avenue, Bonita Springs, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 11231 Torchfire Trail, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On May 5, 2009, at approximately 06:04 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Mark M. Horstmeyer, D.O.B. 05/13/59 of 14941 Vista View Way, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Via Villagio & Village Shore Way, Estero, Florida.

On May 6, 2009, at approximately 03:13 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Joshua James Satkowiak, D.O.B. 08/20/82 of 3212 21 Street SW, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of State Road 82 & Daniels Parkway, Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 6, 2009, at approximately 05:33 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Marc Antoine Poulin, D.O.B. 11/15/75 of 20085 Larino Loop, Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Ortiz Avenue & Palm Beach Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 6, 2009, at approximately 06:57 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Justin M. Malfregeoat, D.O.B. 08/09/82 of 12918 Elm Creek Court, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Hibiscus Road & Sixth Street, Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 6, 2009, at approximately 09:56 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Cassie Gene Parke, D.O.B. 04/09/74 of 5323 Bywood Street, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 11553 State Road 82, Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 7, 2009, at approximately 02:03 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Raul Sanchez, D.O.B. 12/20/53 of 4214 34th Street, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Sunshine Boulevard, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On May 7, 2009, at approximately 02:48 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Eric L. Cortez, D.O.B. 11/07/84 of 251 Woodburn Drive, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Sunshine Boulevard & 35th Street SW, Lehigh Acres, Florida.

On May 7, 2009, at approximately 05:04 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Heriberto Leonardo Ramos, D.O.B. 10/09/77 of 6516 Winkler Road, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Winkler Road/Summerlin Road, Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 7, 2009, at approximately 11:48 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Timothy Michael Lowrey, D.O.B. 11/12/58 of 4686 S. Landings Drive, Fort Myers Beach, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 19240 San Carlos Boulevard, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

On May 8, 2009, at approximately 12:34 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Basilio Tomas Diego Tomas, D.O.B. 07/15/76 of 1787 Settler Drive, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Palm Beach Boulevard/Orange River Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 8, 2009, at approximately 02:25 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Richard T. Combs, D.O.B. 08/02/77 of 8017 Plaza Del Lago Drive, Estero, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Bass Road & Summerlin Road, Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 8, 2009, at approximately 12:10 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Mark Manuel Dias, D.O.B. 03/08/74 of 5741 Foxlake Drive, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 13550 N. Cleveland Avenue, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 8, 2009, at approximately 09:16 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Karin M. Hoffman, D.O.B. 06/08/82 of 7510 Field Road, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Laurel Drive & Garden Street, Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 9, 2009, at approximately 12:05 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Michael P. Smith, D.O.B. 04/21/80 of 1921 Grove Avenue, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 13550 N. Cleveland Avenue, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 9, 2009, at approximately 01:20 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jordan Mark Bivins, D.O.B. 09/05/85 of 3636 12th Street SE, Naples, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 13550 N. Cleveland Avenue, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 9, 2009, at approximately 02:01 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Noelle Megan Landreneau, D.O.B. 12/24/87 of 12395 Metro Parkway, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 13550 N. Cleveland Avenue, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 9, 2009, at approximately 02:20 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Charles Stanley Gragg, D.O.B. 10/21/71 of 4757 Orange Grove Boulevard, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 13550 N. Cleveland Avenue, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 9, 2009, at approximately 02:20 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Justin Anthony Collin, D.O.B. 12/07/79 of 1321 SW 16th Terrace, Cape Coral, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 13550 N. Cleveland Avenue, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 9, 2009, at approximately 10:14 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Michael A. Hornbeck, D.O.B. 03/23/48 of 137 Giraffe Drive, North Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of N. Cleveland Avenue/Pine Island Road, North Fort Myers, Florida.

On May 10, 2009, at approximately 02:36 am, Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Durke N. Carlton, D.O.B. 09/25/80 of 311 12th Street, Lehigh Acres, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Cape Coral Toll Plaza, Cape Coral, Florida.
