Andrew Vincent Arellano, 19, of 1032 Graystone Ave., Lehigh, was charged with driving while license suspended, failure to appear.

Robert E. Barnes, 32, of 805 Downer Ave., Lehigh, was charged with cocaine possession, marijuana possession with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, marijuana possession not more than 20 grams.

Felito F. Batista, 20, of 704 Ichabod Ave., Lehigh, was charged with aggravated assault battery offender should have known victim was pregnant, driving while license suspended.

Josiah Blue Batten, 22, of 504 York Rd., Lehigh, was charged with flee/elude police officer order to stop, public order crimes wear hood or mask in public place.

Lindy Guerline Belval, 20, of 5017 Centennial Blvd., Lehigh, was charged with driving while license suspended failure to appear, out of county warrant.

Dwayne Blackmon, 32, of 3513 W. 66th St., Lehigh, was charged with cocaine possession with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, possession of synthetic narcotics with intent to sell or deliver.

Jerry Brown, 21, of 21 Andros St., Lehigh, was charged with marijuana possession not more than 20 grams.

Sheltronia Micaria Brown, 20, of 2119 Fairway Drive., Lehigh, was charged with unarmed burglary of an unoccupied structure/conveyance, battery touch or strike.

Lanard Brodrick Campbell, 33, of 767 Aletha Ave., Lehigh, was charged with domestic violence battery touch or strike, resisting an officer without violence.

Evaristo Luis Cartagena, 53, of 2615 7th St., W., Lehigh, was charged with trespassing fail to leave property upon owner’s request.

Rufina Morales Cruz, 44, of 3816 11th St., Lehigh, was charged with domestic violence battery touch or strike.

Albert Paul Chalker, 52, of 1230 Taylor Ln., Lehigh, was charged with marijuana possession not more than 20 grams, possession and/or use of narcotic equipment.

Renee Susan Cook, 48, of 1208 Garibalidi St., E., Lehigh, was charged with fraud utter false instrument, larceny theft.

Leshaye Edricka Cook, 21, of 2710 33rd St., W., Lehigh, was charged with cocaine trafficking 28 grams less than 150 kilograms cocaine mixture, possession and/or use of narcotic equipment.
