Daniel J. Rash

Daniel J. Rash, 54, of Lehigh Acres, died Thursday on May 21, 2009. Rash is survived by his wife of nearly 21 years, Becky; his mother, Elizabeth (Betty) Rash, and his sisters, Maryanne Rash Dorothy Lawless, and Karen Ivy; his nieces and nephew, Tanya Glasgow, Tamara Freed, Melissa Ambrose, Sam Hurda, and their families and many many friends. He is predeceased by his father, Samuel Rash.

Rash was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association, the Gulf Coast Auto Crosser Racing Club, The British Car Club of SW Florida and the Sons of the American Legion. He was an avid photographer, amateur radio operator, and historian.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 27 at 1:30 p.m. at Lee Memorial Park Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to service time at the funeral home on Wednesday at Lee Memorial Park.
